Matthew Lonier DDS “Dr Matt”
Dr. Matt is a comprehensive cosmetic and family dentist who takes pride in treating patients like his own family. He was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan. After graduating from Michigan State University, he completed his dental training at the University of Detroit-Mercy. Dr. Matt relocated to Phoenix to begin his dental career in 2008.
Since then, Dr. Matt has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education to expand his skills and offer the highest level of care for his patients. Dr. Matt is currently active with several local study clubs focusing on advanced restorative and cosmetic techniques.
The personalized care and attention to detail that Dr. Matt provides are truly exceptional. He takes the time to get to know his patients and form trusting relationships based on mutual respect and understanding of treatment options. This helps him customize treatment to best suit each patient.
When not at the office, Dr. Matt spends most of his time with his wife and two daughters. You might catch him watching his girls dance practices or cheering them on at dance competitions. He makes physical fitness a priority, starting his day in the gym, or practicing yoga. When time permits, he enjoys hiking the mountain preserves, cooking, and taking National Park road trips with his family.
Peter Shultz DMD “Dr. Pete”
Dr Pete is a passionate dentist committed to caring for patients with compassion and excellence. He transplanted to AZ from Maryland, to attend Midwestern University School of Dentistry. In his years of dental experience, he has accrued an impressive degree of experience and happy patients, continually striving to grow in knowledge and skill.
Dr. Pete enjoys the connections developed with patients, and champions a “patient-centric” approach to dental care that emphasizes attentive listening, individual considerations, empathy, gentleness, and genuine caring.
Aside from his love for dentistry, Dr Pete enjoys daily workouts in the gym, exploring the many amazing restaurants of Phoenix, getting absorbed in a great fantasy/sci-fi book, and traveling to new places. Crystals and gems have always fascinated him, and his growing collection is a point of pride.
Mimi, Registered Dental Hygienist
Mimi is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she received her dental hygiene degree. With over 25 years of experience, she still loves what she does – helping patients achieve and maintain healthy mouths! Her ability to connect with patients is very special. When not in the dental office, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and hiking North Mountain. Fight on!

Julie is a graduate of Loma Linda University in Southern California where she received her dental hygiene degree. With 22 years of experience, she continues to enjoy her career in dental hygiene. During her free time, she loves to play pickleball, scrapbook, go to symphonies, try new restaurants, and take trips with her family.
Lamiya, Certified Dental Assistant
Lamiya relocated to Phoenix from the Pacific Northwest. Before bringing her skills to dental assisting, she honed her eye for beauty as a stylist for several years. She’s great at making patients feel safe and comfortable during their dental visit. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the mountain preserves and volunteering at the animal shelter.
Keiri, Certified Dental Assistant
Keiri was born and raised in Phoenix. Her interest in dentistry began when she had braces and led her to Brookline College where she received her dental assisting training. She is passionate about her profession and devoted to making our patients feel safe and relaxed during their treatment. In her free time, Keiri enjoys hiking Piestewa Peak and taking road trips with her friends and family.

With more than 20 years of service in the dental field, patient care is Renee’s top priority! She wears many hats in the office, from scheduling to billing and dealing with insurance benefits. Diane, Front Office
Diane has also been in the dental field for over 20 years. She started as a dental assistant and later moved to the front office. She has worked with Dr. Alderette since 1994 when she moved to Phoenix from Southern California and is a great addition to North Central Family Dentistry.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys exploring Arizona with her family, enjoying all the outdoor activities it has to offer.
