Matthew Lonier DDS “Dr Matt”

Dr. Matt is a comprehensive cosmetic and family dentist who takes pride in treating patients like his own family. He was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan. After graduating from Michigan State University, he completed his dental training at the University of Detroit-Mercy. Dr. Matt relocated to Phoenix in 2008 to begin his dental career.

Since then, Dr. Matt has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education to expand his skills and offer the highest level of care for his patients. Dr. Matt is active in several local study clubs focused on advanced restorative and cosmetic techniques.

The personalized care and attention to detail that Dr. Matt provides are truly exceptional. He takes the time to get to know his patients and form trusting relationships based on mutual respect and understanding of treatment options. This helps him customize treatment to best suit each patient.

When not at the office, Dr. Matt spends most of his time with his wife and two daughters. You might catch him watching his girls’ dance practices or cheering them on at dance competitions. He makes physical fitness a priority, starting his day in the gym or practicing pilates. When time permits, he enjoys hiking the mountain preserves, cooking, and taking National Park road trips with his family.

Kylie Holliday DMD

Dr. Kylie Holliday is a dedicated dental professional with a unique background that includes service in the U.S. military. After earning a Bachelor of Dental Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences, she served as a dentist in the US Army. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in both clinical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Throughout her career, Dr. Holliday honed her expertise in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, and implant placement, while also developing a deep commitment to patient care and community health. She believes in the importance of preventive care and is passionate about educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Holliday actively participates in continuing education and community outreach programs to stay current with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Haven, working out, fishing, camping, and playing sports, which contribute to a well-rounded approach to life and work.

Sarah Prinz DDS

Dr. Sarah Prinz is a comprehensive dentist who centers her dentistry around patient care. After growing up in the rural town of West Point, Nebraska, she attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center for dental school. Upon graduation, she spent more than 7 years working in an office in Kansas City. In 2025, she relocated to Phoenix, AZ, and is excited to join North Central Family Dentistry.

Dr. Prinz’s approach to dentistry has always been focused on patient comfort and trust. She strives to make sure every patient feels heard, respected, and at ease. She has built a versatile skill set that includes restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, extractions, and orthodontic services. She enjoys the daily challenges she faces and the connections she makes with patients.

Dr. Prinz continually expands her knowledge through continuing education and ensures she stays current with advances in dentistry and related technologies. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Prinz enjoys traveling, cheering on her sports teams, reading, and exploring all the new sites Phoenix has to offer. She is so excited to meet everyone at North Central Family Dentistry and to contribute to the quality care they provide.

Roxann, Office Manager

Roxann has been in the dental field since 2012. After earning her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credentials, she began her career as a Dental Assistant and later expanded her expertise into front-office operations. While staying well-versed in back-office procedures, she broadened her leadership skills by managing teams across multiple specialties, including Orthodontics, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, General Dentistry, and Periodontics.
Passionate about the dental industry, Roxann is an active volunteer in the dental community and occasionally teaches as a dental assistant instructor at a local institute. Her commitment to patient care, team leadership, and industry growth drives her success in dental management.
Beyond dentistry, Roxann and her husband share a love for rescuing Rottweilers and have three at home. Two of them often join her on hikes at South Mountain during hiking season. She also enjoys DIY projects, extensive home cooking, traveling, and cheering on the Arizona Cardinals—win or lose. Having spent over 10 years living and traveling throughout Southeast Asia, she brings a unique, global perspective to her interactions.

Diane, Front Office

Diane has also been in the dental field for over 20 years. She started as a dental assistant and later moved to the front office. She has worked with Dr. Alderette since 1994, when she moved to Phoenix from Southern California, and is a great addition to North Central Family Dentistry.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys exploring Arizona with her family and taking advantage of its outdoor activities.

Leah, Registered Dental Hygienist

Leah is a Registered Dental Hygienist known for her exceptional work ethic and genuine connection with patients. She takes pride in delivering thorough, high quality care while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for her patients. Leah is passionate about wellness, and truly enjoys helping patients understand the connection between oral and systemic health. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active in the gym, skiing during the winter months, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Julie, Registered Dental Hygienist

Julie is a graduate of Loma Linda University in Southern California where she received her dental hygiene degree. With 22 years of experience, she continues to enjoy her career in dental hygiene. During her free time, she loves to play pickleball, scrapbook, go to symphonies, try new restaurants, and take trips with her family.

Emily, Registered Dental Hygienist

Born and raised in Lansing, Michigan, Emily developed a strong connection to the local community and a passion for helping others from an early age. As a dedicated dental hygienist, she is committed to promoting oral health and educating patients on the importance of preventive care. With a gentle approach and attention to detail, Emily strives to create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. She has been keeping smiles healthy since graduating as a dental hygienist in 2014 and later leveling up with her bachelor’s degree through Northern Arizona University. She has called North Central Family Dentistry home since November 2024 where she continues to bring knowledge, care, and enthusiasm into her work. When she’s not helping patients feel their best, she’s busy keeping up with her husband and two young boys, her naughty Frenchie- Loki, squeezing in book club nights, and logging classes at the gym. She believes a healthy smile (and a good laugh) goes a long way!

Lamiya, Certified Dental Assistant

Lamiya relocated to Phoenix from the Pacific Northwest. Before bringing her skills to dental assisting, she honed her eye for beauty as a stylist for several years. She’s great at making patients feel safe and comfortable during their dental visit. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the mountain preserves and volunteering at the animal shelter.

Keiri, Certified Dental Assistant

Keiri was born and raised in Phoenix. Her interest in dentistry began when she had braces and led her to Brookline College where she received her dental assisting training. She is passionate about her profession and devoted to making our patients feel safe and relaxed during their treatment. In her free time, Keiri enjoys hiking Piestewa Peak and taking road trips with her friends and family.
